If we have a higher degree of Non-violence within us, a lion will forget its violent intent towards us.

Whom will you commit violence against? The Supreme Lord resides in every living being, so whom will you hurt?

One will not bleed at all if hit by an arrow shot by someone with a non-violent intent (ahinsak bhaav) but a flower thrown by someone with a violent intent (hinsak bhaav) will make him bleed. Neither the arrow or the flower are not as effective as the violent intent are.

Religion (dharma) means to give happiness in any way to any living being. And to hurt any living being in any way is wrong doing (non-religion). This definition of religion is all one needs to understand.

There is no pain (physical & mental) where there is liberation (moksha) and where there is pain (physical & mental), there is no liberation. Physical exertion is obstinacy.

The absence of misery is the first stage of moksha (liberation). The absence of the body, everything else is the second state of moksha (liberation).

In order to be happy in this world, there is only one path, that of normality. There is no unhappiness if normality is maintained in everything that you do; in eating and drinking, in getting up-sitting down, in moving around, in working.

Woman is not at fault, sex is not at fault; the fault is in your tendencies [vruti]. The tendencies indeed interfere and cause misery.

One man told me, ‘My tooth is hurting’. Why would ‘your’ tooth hurt you? This is considered a contradicting statement. What is yours, it will never give you pain and what is not yours will always give you pain. If you expound on this, you will have the solution!
