The opposite of inconvenience is innovation. Where you dont innovate there'll be inconvenience, where the is inconvenience shall be innovation

Be innovative in leading people. Within our organisations we are continously innovating procedures, systems and technology but we fail to consider how we can innovate in our leadership.

It's time to get rid of the micromanagement style. Develop microencouragement. It's our role to innovate in how we lead the people our organisation.

Be bold in pursuing what others believe is unrealistic because this will achieve more than being bland and unimaginative.

At the end of the day, our organisations are here for people. We must not only be about product innovations, we must also be about innovation in leadership.
