Past and Future exist in the mind. They exist in the outside world. The mind is shaped by the physical world. Past and future however do NOT exist within the body. Because the present moment is all that you have and will ever be able to experience from within. Presence is how you fully exist. Internal (No-mind, no-time, awareness) is how you fully exist.

Change the present then the change the future.

Your are not your past, you are not your future. You are right now.

Have compassion for your past. By showing love to the present. Your past was just the portal to now.

If you are expressing gratitude then you are in the present moment. If you are in the present moment then you are expressing gratitude.
