The same way we grow our bodies we must attend to our mind and spirit.

Some days I like to wander to old and warn our places, forests ripped apart by man and streams that carry stagnant water where it use to flow. There is a sense of clarity in these places, a reflection of who I am or atleast who I have been. Broken, yet still incredibly beautiful.

Eventually the burden becomes too heavy and you outgrow the weight of the world. You feel the fear and live anyway, a more authentic version of yourself.

I'll cut to the chase, life isn't all its cracked up to be. It's real and raw and by the time you've matured it would have ripped your fucking heart out but let me also tell you another little thing about this place, a broken heart is an open heart and there will always be a million reasons to smile.

Life can be painfully uncanny like that. Some moments last a lifetime whilst others have an expiry date.

Solitude, at first is scary. All you have is yourself. After a while its comforting, it knows the real you and cant judge you for it. If you live it long enough it becomes an addiction, like all things, too much of it and you will go insane but not enough of it will also send you there.n
