Pretending not to be hurt isn't healing. If you want to HEAL from it, you have to DEAL with it.

Perspective heals us, perspective empowers us, and if we let it, perspective will make us wiser. We are often built by the same things we thought were destroying us.

With youth, there is power. With wisdom, there is strength.

Emotional self-defense is an act of WISDOM. Building personal boundaries is an act of STRENGTH. Anyone who tells you differently is often the reason we need both.

I wish for you the wisdom to realize that forgiveness has nothing to do with an apology.

Wisdom stems from personal accountability. We all make mistakes; own them... learn from them. Don’t throw away the lesson by blaming others.
