Every day I wake up and ask myself: What level of insanity am I going to have today?

As a British person living in the USA, I keep a low profile on Independence Day, July 4th.

Light and the human is poorly understood by the astronomicalprofession, with many astronomers not understanding which light bulbs they should have in their ownhomes and offices! It is embarrassing that astronomers do not understand the many forms of artificiallighting that they are exposed to every day and how it affects them.

Memorial Day 2020 was spent remembering almost one hundred thousand dead Americans from COVID-19.

My first day was healthy, my second day was spent developing occupational diseases, and my third day is being kept alive by drugs.

Every day I wake up with High Altitude Disease (HAD).
