Arti Honrao's insights on:

Give at least fifteen minutes everyday to reading. Sometimes, we spend a lot of time watching television – surfing through channels; not really watching anything in particular. Fifteen minutes out of that time is not a big deal. Soon you will find yourself reading for more than fifteen minutes. Soon you will find yourself turning to a book when you need to relax. Soon you will realize that reading a book heals you in a way you never imagined possible.

Friendship is not about giggling, sharing jokes, forwarding messages or sharing only joy; friendship is about understanding someone without a person not having to say a word, reaching out to someone through thoughts without saying a word, friendship is about sitting besides someone silently and having a conversation of a lifetime; friendship is about being able to tell someone that they are wrong without the fear of being judged and also being able to accept the same without any bias.

What you feel deep within you is more important than what you think you feel.. Reaching that deep within place is not too difficult; you just need to cut off the chaos,Go on a walk, spend some time with nature, listen to music, do something you really enjoy doing and not do it only because you have to.. Some people like to paint, some women like to clean the house, it helps them clear their mind! Once you are at that deep within place answers will come automatically...

I hardly give 5 stars to a book in my review. I do not want the authors to reach a saturation point, where they think they have done their best; they can always go beyond what they have achieved so far - should always go beyond - Keep growing.
