What we're trying to do is work systematically through all the calls we've received. Not every call represents an individual.

What we, the Russians and the EU-3 wants to see and what the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) wants to see is an Iranian cooperation. Does this statement by this one person constitute that? At this point, it's hard to say. We will have to see.

Westerners are in their sights, but I think Saudis understand that they, too, as a system, are in the sights of terrorists who want to overthrow the order there.

The proof will be in the pudding. Let's see what happens.

We recognize that they have need for fuel, and we think that deals to supply that fuel should move forward on the basis of the joint initiative, on the basis of steps that India will take but has not yet taken.

We're comfortable with the approach that we've got now, with our close coordination with the EU-3, with the Russians, with the Chinese, with the Indians.

We are confident that Russia's plans are not threatening and are consistent with its obligations, and I think are indicative of a new strategic relationship between the United States and Russia that is focused on reducing threats and increasing confidence.

We're not even close to going that far.

We had an offer on the table for some time to the North Koreans to come for a briefing on actions that we have taken in response to illicit financial activities. They have agreed to do that.

This is an opportunity to make up for that trip.
