Anthony Horowitz
Anthony Horowitz is a British novelist, screenwriter, and children's writer born on April 5, 1955, in Stanmore, London.
He attended Orley Farm School and Rugby School before going on to study at the University of York. In addition to his work as a novelist and children's writer, Horowitz has also worked as a screenwriter, a film producer, and an executive producer, carrying out all of this work in the English language.
His notable works include the Alex Rider series, The Power of Five, and The Diamond Brothers. The recognition attached to his career includes a Children's Book Award in the UK and a Macavity Award, alongside honors from the British establishment: he has received both the Officer of the Order of the British Empire and the Commander of the Order of the British Empire, as well as a Fellowship of the Royal Society of Literature.
