Bill O'Reilly, born William James O'Reilly Jr. on September 10, 1949, in Manhattan, New York City, is an American journalist, television presenter, writer, and conservative commentator. He attended Chaminade High School and went on to study at Marist University, Boston University, the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Queen Mary University of London, and Westminster Christian Academy.
O'Reilly has worked across television, radio, writing, and podcasting, and has also worked as a teacher. He hosted Inside Edition and later The O'Reilly Factor, two programs that stand as notable works in his career as a presenter. The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences recognized him with an award during his broadcasting career. He has also written a series of books that include Killing Lincoln, Killing Kennedy, Killing Jesus, Killing Patton, Killing Reagan, Killing England, and Killing Crazy Horse, among others.
