It's all we've been talking about all year. First day of practice we told all the underclassmen winning the (team) championship was our goal. We were getting this four times, but now we're taking it to the next level with state duals next week.

This was a lot of fun. I wanted to wrestle well for the fans, and just because that's the way I am. But it was a lot of fun. There wasn't any pressure, it really didn't matter what happened, it was all about having fun.

With 15 seconds left I tried to get a jump on him. Luckily I got it.

I think a lot of people thought all our matches would be very low-scoring, very defensive. Everybody said we were all about defense. I think this proves we're one of best, if not the best.

We know each other so well. We try to open it up, but every time I try to do something, he knows how to stop it.

We both wrestled hard. But I knew if I kept moving and got (his) wrist, I could get out. We work on that all the time.
