Bert’s wallet is like an onion. Any time he opens it, he starts crying.

These last few games have been pretty strange. That said we have to find a way to win.

These are huge games and these were two huge points. It was right there for us but we didn't get it done. Our power play didn't come through. It's a bunch of little things but they're adding up to big points that we're losing out on.

If he gets the chance to lay somebody out, he will. We'll be aware of him.

That's a play we haven't been able to use much all year because the refs aren't allowing us to. They're always calling Todd for interference in front of the net during the battle. But this time he was wide open. He got great body position on their defender.

It's like the hits keep coming with him. Just when you think he can get past that hurdle and move forward, something else comes up. I hope it's not eating him up too much.

It's one game, but it's a step in the right direction.

It's a good feeling. Almost immediately it boosts your confidence. Hopefully it translates into some more goals.
