I came close to a takedown a couple of times. He didn't do much. He was tough to score on.

It was like our other matches. He took fifth, so he did pretty good.

Overall, it's not what I wanted, but that's how it came out.

I think it helps having been there before. You're not as nervous.

Since we picked the scrub jay this year it was only natural to work with Oscar Scherer. The Florida scrub here is the most endangered environment in America.

So far the community response has been great. We just got a large donation from the Audubon Society and we have donation jars in all the classrooms and around the community.
