Hopefully everyone stays healthy. It's lining up for us to have another great year. Everyone is on the same page and we got a chance to be a power at the end of the year.

Its important to get good weather for our legs.

We were going up against Big 10 schools and we like competing. I think we finished in between Ohio State and the big competitors all day. We had some very good performances.

We treat it more individually now so we can focus on the team come conference time. It's training now. We need to peak when it counts.
