For the most part we're pretty healthy. You always have a few nicks and bruises, but we're as ready to do some things as we can be.

They both have a killer instinct. They hate to lose and they always bring it on meet days.

For having such a young team, we've done a very good job. We need to continue to compete against high-level competition and after that, everything else will come out in the wash.

Paul's greatest asset is his athletic ability. As a quarterback in high school, he's got the great ability to run and jump. He brings the athletic component to the javelin that a lot of people don't bring.

Our women are very hungry. They know they have an opportunity to dethrone Stanford this year.
