A nice red wine with the filet and all these flavors go great together.

I use subtle flavors that if you are looking for it, you'll find it. I do things in the back that the customers may or may not notice. They just know it tastes good.

We don't do any real wild combinations or use crazy ingredients. But that's not to say we're unimaginative.
