The emphasis is all about prevention and part of that process is to strengthen up the key areas -- shoulders and knees -- and making sure you're very strong through the hips and building a power base.

Hopefully he'll come up this week, but no chances will be taken.

I have no concerns, actually I am a little bit bemused by all the attention. But, having said that, he's missed a couple of significant matches in the last couple of years.

Once he's signed off he's able to play and I take that as if he's able to play anywhere.

They'll just train as normal. It will just be a really sharp 30-minute session. We don't expect there will be any problems.

It's probably looking most likely he'll miss one.

It probably wasn't picture perfect, but we didn't want it to be, so we wanted to be accountable and if you're accountable, you don't get many spare players, but we were pretty happy with most parts of it.
