There's not any indication we're headed in that direction (a strike). Our negotiations are going well, though we don't have an agreement yet.

There is not a Plan B. It's up to the board to tell us what the next steps are.

I think gas consumption may be an element, but accessibility is the primary reason for considering smaller shuttle-type buses.
