An unknown male approached her from one of the stalls in the girls' bathroom, dragged her into the stall and sexually assaulted her.

There's no indication anyone else has seen this fellow. Of course, the investigation is still relatively new. Interviews with any staff, students and anybody who might have possibly seen anything are ongoing.

An investigation has been started. In fact, the staff sergeant in charge of vice is looking into that.

Most of the charges are for things like possession of stolen property, theft over and under $5,000, unlawful use of credit cards, and possession of counterfeit money.

There are now two to three more officers out in the community walking the beat.

I don't think it's uncommon any more, to see the third party come in. Not that it suggests there was any wrongdoing. It's simply to confirm there wasn't.

The outcome was that no charges should be laid.
