We advertised for the job a few weeks ago and didn't end up with qualified candidates. We re-advertised and had two qualified applicants this time.

Our security requirements went back up. As we added more jets and larger jets, we looked at the numbers and have come up with different ways to address it.

I think we'll be fairly well booked for people who couldn't get out with the weather, but I think they're going to be able to accommodate everybody.
