I feel I played good, although we still lost. I think I played with more confidence. I think I played well against the No. 3 team in the nation.

Hotels and gyms, that's it. At the tournament we went to the mall one time, but that was all.

Everybody on the team knows how each other's game is now and what we can do.

Conference USA doesn't expect us to do very well, but we use that as motivation. They put us in last place (in preseason rankings) and we're using that as motivation. It's working pretty well for us during the game.

It's all about the team, and if it wasn't for my teammates, I wouldn't have made it. We are in this together, and they get me the ball and have confidence in me to shoot the open shot. I'm just thankful to have good teammates and good coaches around me.

It was a very important win. After (Thursday's) loss we were kind of down all night. Nobody was talking.

A lack of effort. That's the key, lack of effort at the end of the game. We need to stick with that energy the whole game.

We had our press break. We used both. We were aggressive with the ball, stayed under the press and hit the open man.

Toward the end of the game I could tell the difference. The game got more intense. It went down to the wire and we didn't get it. It will be different this time.

We have to come out and keep the intensity up the whole game.
