It still feels like it's the NCAA Tournament. It's a game we've got to get by first to get to a powerhouse. The atmosphere is good.

The young guys got a taste, and it'll motivate them to try even harder next year. They got some big-time experience.

You've just got to go at them, like you've got no fear.

You go in there and prepare and play the best you can and play hard, and it'd be big for the school, our fans, our families, the community, to go in and beat a No. 1 team.

We just wanted to keep the momentum of this season going. A win and we keep moving forward. If we lose, it cancels out how well we played at Central (a 61-57 win) on Thursday.

Today, we went over a few things they ran against us. I believe they had more seniors then so they might be a little younger now. So we've got to capitalize on that.

We came out kind of slow. We kept our composure, and we stayed in the game with them.

That was big. I think that was the play that got everybody going a little bit. Then, when I was able to tie it with a free throw, it made a little statement to them.

Our communication broke down, and we got confused a few times on our defensive rotations.

But a few times I was getting in there, getting to the hole.
