The devices are to facilitate better traffic flow.

I haven't heard of any major backups there. Traffic is pretty light.

It will need to be improved because the level of service at that intersection will continue to decrease. What's going to happen is people are going to start sitting at the light a lot longer.

The railroad crossing is not in our jurisdiction because it's not on a state highway.
