They may not be with their parents, but they are with a family member or a friend or somebody that is taking care of them. We've reunited all the ones that were displaced.

When my kids were little I used to lose them in Target, so it's not hard for me to believe. Sometimes little kids just wander off. They're there one second and you blink and they're gone.

We're doing the best we can. There's a lot of bending that must be done, but it's being done as quickly and efficiently as it can be.
