How do you create a plan where students feel like they belong? How do you personalize high school?

In a big high school it's important to us that students have people they can relate to. We want to scale high schools where students can't be lost.

To keep high school kids motivated is very, very hard. There are so many things that we compete with.

We really want to get a stronger performance.

We have to push this (test scores) up so it has the same increase as middle schools and elementary schools.
