They wanted to do their due diligence outside of the press and since we were pursuing them, we didn't know where it would lead.

They had other places to look at and many other options. We were respectful of that because they made that statement very strongly.

They've done a certain amount of due diligence on the facility, on the city, on the market. The economics certainly support their giving the time that they've given so far.

We're optimistic that it's going to include an awful lot of things that is going to make us proud to have bass pro in the community.
