But is that what life is like for everyone? Can a person truly make a life of their own, or can they only continue the culture into which they are born?

Violence and strength are the same thing. In all the history of all the worlds before this one, and in all the history of all the worlds yet to come, the violent always win. Those who are capable of committing violence, or getting others to commit violence for them, or who build systems that create mass violence, more efficient violence – those beings eliminate the opposition and, therefore, create the future.

We will not be used. We will not let them change us. They think we are property? They are mistaken.

When evil comes, you can’t always talk to it – sometimes it must be destroyed.

I’m sorry, but this isn’t a movie or a play – there is no convenient third-act rescue that gives us an easy solution. This is real life.

Those that don’t know history aren’t poisoned by it.

Our symbols aren’t supposed to matter, but that’s wishful thinking – symbols always matter.
