Believing is not the same as knowing. Believing is second-hand knowledge, whereas knowing is first-hand experience. When your action comes from a level of belief, there is fear, doubt and restlessness behind such action. When your action comes from a level of knowing, there is conviction, certainty and calm behind such action.

Religion is to follow someone else's word as truth; whereas Spirituality is to discover your own truth through inquiry, experimentation and experience.

When you are at unease with ‘what is,’ you experience suffering; when you are at ease with ‘what is,’ you experience peace; and when you are in love with ‘what is,’ you experience bliss.

Thoughts appear and disappear, just like waves on the ocean. Be like the ocean of love, releasing every thought to the shore as soon as they appear.
