Success as Inner Peace and Happiness

Success to me is being happy, truly fulfilled, being proud of myself, and doing different things all the time.

Every meaningful success I have accomplished was made possible by love.

Success through Hard Work and Dedication

Every day is a work day, and I have to work my ass off just as much as any other guy, doing whatever job they're doing. I believe in commitment and hard work, and hopefully, after that, success comes.

There is never just one thing that leads to success for anyone. I feel it always a combination of passion, dedication, hard work, and being in the right place at the right time.

I find my greatest pleasure, and so my reward, in the work that precedes what the world calls success.

I know the price of success: dedication, hard work, and an unremitting devotion to the things you want to see happen.

Success is mine when I work my hardest to become my best, and I alone determine whether I do so.

The best part of success is that it got me past the basic survival level of existence so that I was comfortable. I didn't have to worry about stuff pertaining to survival. Once that was taken care of, I got the chance sit down and create and work at what I do.

Success in Personal Relationships

In my private circle I am a mother, grandmother, wife, friend, daughter... the success means nothing to my small tribe.

Being a father, being a friend, those are the things that make me feel successful.

Success for me its to raise happy, healthy human beings.

I would feel like my life was a success if my children grow into well-adjusted, happy, functioning members of society. Capable and happy and normal.

Success for me is that if my son chooses to be a stay-at-home parent, he is cheered on for that decision. And if my daughter chooses to work outside the home and is successful, she is cheered on and supported.

My daughter is a good, caring, compassionate person. To me that's the true meaning of success, even though the marriages didn't work out. My success with my daughter is all that matters.

I will feel like a success if I raise my children to be kind and happy people.

I find success to be being able to do what you love and provide for your family by doing what you love.

My core definition of success is my family. They provide me with all the support I need to feel good, both in and outside of my career.

Success as Contribution and Giving Back

To do more for the world than the world does for you - that is success.

If you are doing what you love to do and on the way helping the humanity, then you are a success.

For me, success is being able to give back to your friends, your family, your community, those in need and the world entire.

My daughter is a good, caring, compassionate person. To me that’s the true meaning of success, even though the marriages didn’t work out. My success with my daughter is all that matters.

I want to make sure that everyone benefits from my success, not just me.

To be in the privileged position where I am able to give something back is, for me, perhaps the single most important measure of success.

I look at my success as like, blessings, to bless other people.

Whatever success I have found has been a collaborative effort of people helping out and opening their minds and being accepting and celebrating who I am.

Success in Overcoming Challenges

The feeling of success is a special one. And this feeling becomes magical when you achieve success against all odds in life!

Success is only measured through struggle and anything that is wearing you down today should be your source of inspiration-lack of money, joblessness, health, relationships. If you had it all, what would you strive for?

My biggest success is getting over the things that have tried to destroy and take me out of this life. Those are my biggest successes. It has nothing to do with work.

Success can allow you to try for greatness, can give you an opportunity to take a chance on something. I'm very blessed to have the success that I've had, and that's given me so many opportunities to work on being great.

One of the things that I think makes me successful is the way in which I collaborate with others. In my opinion, nothing great is ever the product of one mind. It's always a consequence of some sort of self-critical collaboration.

To me, the greatest success you can have as the person in charge is to orchestrate others to do things well without you. A step below that is doing things well yourself, and worst of all is doing things poorly yourself.

It really helps to know what success is before you get there, and if you know, then you can head right for it. For some people, it's the most money. For some, it's the most power. For some, it's the most girlfriends. Everybody's got a measure. For me, I guess it's having the respect and admiration of your peers.
