I was so pumped up with adrenaline I didn't even know I'd been hit. The shrapnel that hit me in the wrist cauterized the wound, so I didn't bleed much.

As one of the most successful and longest running bands in Christian music, Audio Adrenaline has made tremendous impact in the lives of their loyal listeners. They have also been a strong influence and positive role model for many of today's emerging bands. You get the adrenaline going. The first time out, it happens.

I was soaking it all up in the ninth inning, every pitch, every out, just looking around. It felt like the World Series. It was unbelievable. Just a pure adrenaline rush and pure excitement.

'Lost' holds a very special place in people's hearts and I wouldn't presume to say that 'FlashForward' will replace 'Lost.' I think it provides a lot of the same adrenaline and fascination and entertainment. It will help ease the pain of losing 'Lost!' I think it will appeal to the very same audience.

It's a funny feeling because you hear the gun and you want to run. So you walk or jog and I was able to run my first mile pretty close to pace. Then it was just the adrenaline and enthusiasm it was trying not to get caught up in that.

It's such an adrenaline rush. It's America's most extreme sport.

That will be the challenge, just keeping the adrenaline in check. There's already going to be plenty as it is with the crowd and trying to make an impression to my new teammates and my manager and the coaches. I'll try not to go out and put any pressure on myself and do something special because it's an All-Star lineup.

I love relieving. The adrenaline you have as a starter has a chance to wear you out, but as a reliever it helps you.

I didn't want to waste any energy today. Sometimes it's tough when you're that far ahead, but I had the crowd cheering me on and my adrenaline was going.
