This is our first time out. This is much more like Kitty Hawk than Kennedy.

It's like Hawk used to say, What a Rush!

Sometimes I feel like doing smaller budget stuff. When I did 'Young Adam', for instance, I'd come out of 'Black Hawk Down' and 'The Island', and I really wanted to be on a small film set. I wanted to be on something intimate and small again, and then 'Young Adam' cropped up in a pile of scripts I was sent.

Hawk is a competitor. He competes for 60 minutes and you realize you have to match his intensity.

I want to be a Hawk first, and hopefully we'll find a way for that to happen. That's my number one goal.

She infested his mind, thoughts of worshipping her in dark ways, her laugh would be his reward, her screams his payment for a man worthy of being in her fucking presence and not dying of overexposure to all that goodness.

Hawk's belly sunk hollow, black and empty, much like his chest that corroded desire into something nasty and wrong. Hawk paced until his knees creaked, glaring down at his phone like he could reach through and touch what he was forbidden to want.
