Don’t allow money to become the yardstick by which you measure the worth of the world around you!

Receiving very little or no feedback from my writing I really don’t know if people like it or if they are actually reading any of my work for that matter. Still I will continue to write regardless. I suppose it is similar to people who talk just to hear their own voice. I write simply to see my own thoughts in print.

Still, all it really took was one alteration in my life, a change which appeared insignificant and unlikely at the time, nonetheless it has affected my outlook completely, turning it around the compass of my life.

Nonetheless she frequently called him a lazy alcoholic, just because he was temporarily out of work, and then left the stupid bracelet out in public as if it were simply a cheap and silly trinket.

Needless to say, Robbie and I confiscated all of the magazines, which we then quickly hid under our beds, and replaced the Playboys with nature magazines. So next time dad wants to drool over Marcy Hanson, or Debbie Davis, he’s going to find Ranger Rick and Canadian Geographic instead. Best of all he can’t complain to mom about it, as she would kill him for having the Playboys in the first place. However, he can’t get mad at us either, or we’ll simply tell mom about what we found.

you must find yourself before you can know where you belong, yet to find yourself first you must know who you are. However, you will never really know who you are if you are always allowing other people to define who you should be, so be yourself and if you are still unsure of who you are then reinvent yourself.

I had been brooding earlier that morn over my most probable future, which had seemed so dim that I would probably need night vision goggles to see my way through it.
