You know, the boys scoring over 200 points, I've never had a track team score 200 points before. Obviously, everybody did great.

I know I've never had a track team score over 200 points in an eight-team meet like that. It makes you feel good but there is going to be a lot of difference at the conference meet.

Anytime you can win all three relays, that's big-time for a team. We had some seniors like Chad Faulkner and Brent Phillips leading us.

It was a big day for us. Qualifying the (400 relay) team is huge.

It's the first time we've been beaten this year and I hope it opened our eyes a little bit. We were really disappointed in the meet overall but hopefully this is a wake-up call with the conference meet not too far off.

This gives us a good start. We feel a lot better winning than losing. We think there is going to be a lot of difference at the conference meet and we are going to need our kids to step up like they did tonight.

The boys coming through and winning, we felt like that was pretty big-time. It was cold weather out there, but the kids competed hard anyway. They didn't complain a bit. I was really proud of all of them.

We don't just have a lot of kids coming out, we've got a lot of quality kids competing. We're lucky enough to have a very deep squad this year if we can stay healthy. We're very deep in a lot of events.

That was a good run by a sophomore. There were a lot good athletes on the track.

I thought the girls fought hard. We were short a few girls but the ones that were here ran hard. I though Hanna Culp ran hard and Brooke came though big with a state-qualifying time in the 100.
