They have really done a fantastic job to pick up more and do more with less. They are doing the best they can with limited resources.

It (Orangeburg County) is a location they (Commerce) know they can win.

This is a tremendous project for Orangeburg County and the state of South Carolina. This is part of strategic initiative our County Council and Development Commission have been working on for years.

Last year's efforts brought 175 more positions. The major deterrent is not so much the movement of plants overseas as the automation built into new plants.
