The occupants of the vehicle reported an explosion under the vehicle as it was going on an Egyptian public highway south of an MFO facility.

The suicide bomber died on the spot but the explosion did not cause any damage.

An MFO vehicle was damaged. The two occupants of the vehicle are unharmed and uninjured.

You cannot call it an attack because it was on a public highway and we're not certain of how it occurred.
