I believe in the jury system. I think they did what was right in this case.

Other than a couple of incidents, he's been pretty good.

He shot his wife, but he doesn't know how. Did he pull the trigger? Of course he pulled the trigger, but the question has always been did he pull that trigger on purpose? If you listen to that tape, it's obvious he didn't.
