It was definitely a good win for us against a quality opponent. After that second goal, maybe we got mad enough because something clicked.

They have every advantage that we don't. They had 90 kids come out, we have 30. They have 14 seniors, I've got three. They have four coaches and I'm lucky enough this year to have three. There's a lot of advantages they have that we don't. I respect my kids when they can hang with a school like that.

We missed some easy ones, but at least we were there tonight. Sometimes their best defense was us shooting.

We came out tonight with a little different mindset, to have some fun. We were either going to come out strong or call it a season. We weren't going to come out and give up another quick goal, and we came out and rang one up off the post within a minute. We came out strong and never let them in it.
