I felt we had a good team defensive effort. It was a good game for us to really focus on rebounding.

I just think the key is to be focused on the things that matter the most, defense and rebounding, playing together and toughness. We're hoping to change the energy in which we play. Hopefully change a lot of things in regard to our play and our focus.

I'm not going to tell them this is a moral victory. This is a loss. It hurts and we're not happy about it.

It was just a great test of character, grit (and) courage. They did get a pretty good look at the end but I was happy with the way we matched up. I did like the contest that Liz gave at the end. That ball was not going in.

They beat us on a buzzer shot and kicked our tails for 40 minutes. Obviously, they are very, very good.

It was a good defensive game for us. It was good to see the defensive pressure. It's important to be stingy in the Big Ten tournament and beyond that. Now it's all about how we extend our season and how good we are in the postseason, because that's what it's all about.

It was a good game for us to work on rebounding and making some tough plays. We had a lot of people contributing, playing and producing, and that's got to be a habit as we take on these games.

It's great to see him be so successful.

It's about time. We're overdue. We need about 10 more of these games to make up for some of the adversity.

A boring, pathetic game like we played doesn't attract fans of any kind.
