There's no cars, no traffic, no lights, no people. It's like a ghost town. All you see is helicopters, police cars, military personnel and fire trucks.

There are still some people here. Some of them are bad.

One thing that has struck me the most is the hundreds of (electricians) out here. They're working their tails off. They're from all over the place.
