The good and great thing about NEPAD is it actually says here we are, we're standing on our own two feet as Africans. We are prepared to engage the world on the terms of the world.

And like a cancer, corruption and mismanagement are destroying delivery, spreading to every level of government.

The inevitable upshot is increased voter apathy and disengagement with the political process.

Greater emphasis should be paid to expanding employment and improving education, for these are the only factors that guarantee the success of black South Africans in the long run.

It has failed to provide coverage of most DA events since the launch of our campaign in Durban on January 15.

If you vote ANC, you get failed delivery and corruption. Voting for a third party is the same as voting ANC. And if you don't vote, you get the government you deserve.

No more back-door tenders. No more closed-door meetings. We are going to open all portfolio committees, executive committees and council meetings to the media and the public.

The big men and women of government live in a safe and luxurious bubble and have no idea what ordinary South Africans go through every day.
