The idea is that students who prepare themselves academically in high school will be assured tuition and fees will be paid for them at the community college level.

This is a good indication of what state will be like. We always want to do the best, regardless, but the good thing is this year there is no pressure on us. They can just go out there, and it showed tonight. This was three or four points higher than our best score of the year.

These two strategies were offered as a means of trying to deal with the increase of enrollment and where they (students) would be in the system.
