America should be working more with the Mexicans to prevent the flow of guns going south into Mexico that have fueled so much of the violence there, and the smuggling of cash and the money laundering that transnational criminal organizations have instituted in North America, including in the United States.

United decidedly is not an innovative, adaptive organization.

Innovation grows out of membership and a sure sense of responsibility people feel for their work and the organizations that employ them.

When we depend upon organizations, we get what organizations can do. But when we depend upon prayer, we get what God can do.

When we rely upon organization, we get what organization can do; when we rely upon education, we get what education can do; when we rely upon eloquence, we get what eloquence can do. And so on. But when we rely upon prayer, we get what God can do.

Conversation creates a new kind of network within organizations. Current networks are used for competitive advantage, but conversation is focused on encouraging people to realize their potential.

When they are preparing for war, those who rule by force speak most copiously about peace until they have completed the mobilization process.

There are people who are really good managers, people who can manage a big organization, and then there are people who are very analytic or focused on strategy. Those two types don't usually tend to be in the same person. I would put myself much more in the latter camp.

Now as far as the organization selling drugs, no. Individuals selling drugs is something else.

Fundamentally, if the league is going to have a no-tolerance policy for domestic abuse, if we're going to be a global organization that's going to have this as a perspective, we've got to back it up. We can't be backed into it with a video with more coming out. We've got to take an affirmative stance about it.
