I really got a god effort from all my kids on the defensive end. We needed that in the worst way. You don't get a chance to beat Pulaski at Pulaski very often.

It's been a long struggle to try to get them to play with that intensity all the time. We didn't do it for a full game tonight, but we did it when we had to.

They guarded us better in the second half, and we didn't take it to them offensively.

That's just not being strong with the ball. They just guarded him and made him alter his shots, and he didn't take it right at them.
