It's hitting us big-time today. People are looking to use this as an opportunity to profit. It's almost beyond comprehension. It's a further tragedy beyond what has already happened.

Sometimes the messages asking people to give to the Red Cross are legitimate, from people taking it upon themselves to gather donations. But scams are out there.

Our relief is not going to be a matter of weeks and months, but probably much longer than that.

Our food bank in New Orleans is completely inaccessible, so the staff that works there isn't even able to do some damage assessment to find out what's there.

We have never seen an outpouring of support like this in our existence. It's just tremendous, and the outpouring of support just continues to come.
