In the world of comedy, there's this: "If it's going badly, get off. If it's going well, get off". You can't argue with that either.

Eponymous brands aren't that popular with analysts and investors now. You can only take an eponymous brand with a living figurehead so far, they argue. What happens when they grow old and die? What happens when they misbehave and go seriously off-brand?

The Vikings and I are in full support of all three stadiums. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. We are not arguing one over the other. We never did.

It's more of a victory lap. Literally a month ago people were arguing that prices would not stop going up. Now, data we would have killed for two years ago is seen as the end of the world. But alarmists on both sides of this thing have been shown to be wrong.

This radical proposal is a 180-degree flip-flop from what the administration has been arguing in court. Instead of protecting public health, now EPA wants to protect the polluters. The proposal would completely sabotage clean-air law enforcement, and it would be open season for power plants to pollute even more than they do now.

There's kind of this real social pressure to not argue about things.

A lot of lawyers are going to be arguing over this. I think what we all would like to see is for the Legislature to meet and pass a comprehensive statute that addresses all these issues, and not an order that was written on an emergency basis.
